I Can Do This
Isaiah 6:8 - “Then I heard the voice of the Lord. He said, ‘Who will I send? Who will go for us?‘ I said, ‘Here I am. Send me!’”
Revelation 21:6-7 - “He said to me, ‘It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last. I am the Beginning and the End. Anyone who is thirsty may drink from the spring of the water of life. It doesn’t cost anything! Anyone who overcomes will receive all this from me. I will be his God, and he will be my child.’”
Today’s Helpful Thought: If you try to live life by yourself, trying to do everything you need to do alone and with your own thoughts and strength, you won’t be able to! But if you live life with God; if you ask Him to always be with you, to make you strong and smart and show you where to go and what to do; then you will be able to live an amazing life! You watch, you wait, you’ll see! God will help you live an incredible life that you could never have on your own.
Today’s Prayer: Dear Lord, I want You to make the decisions in my life! I want YOu to be in charge of my 2014 year! I want to thank You before the good things even happen! I want to thank You for helping me through any problems and hard times that might happen this year. I want to thank You that You are going to show me what I need to know. Thank You that You are going to be with me and make good things happen through what I do for You. Thank You that people around me are going to help me and be cool to me. Thank You for showing me where to go and what to do! Thank You for watching out for me and especially for forgiving me and cleaning up my heart from all of the bad things I have done and will do! I am going to have a great year and, with Your help, I will be able to win the invisible battles in my life! Thank You, Jesus, for making all of this happen!
